[HELP] New Transfers

Been trying to transfer my Destro chars from Hirn to Azgul, everytime I get Error 1227 transfer cannot be completed. Have tried at least 10 times over two days.

Has anyone successfully managed a transfer yet?

I just moved one of my order chars from Hirn to Norn (successfully, because I've received the mail from GOA).
But the behaviour of the war-europe.com website is slightly funky today...

i moved my zealot from hirm with no problem what so ever apart from having to change his name

I've encountered the error too now, when I try to migrate chars using firefox.
With Internet Exploser it works...

Dumb question perhaps but check to make sure you don't have characters on the opposite side on there already?
