Hi peeps,
Just writing to a few clans, and TFC communities, about a little program that [TAR]Timelapse has made called 'HAL'.
Hal is a bot that connects to a TFC server and massivly improves RCON. It would be best to check it out yourself at :

Hal allows multiple user levels on RCON,
allows you alter various server settings like changing the map by saying "Hal map 2fort" actually in the game and
allows you to control the server without actually playing in-game.
Theres loads of other advantages and this program is extremely useful to clans who rent a server, either a few times a week or permanantly.
Nobody is making any money out of this, the program is free, so I hope you'll excuse this message.
