You forgot to mention the changes to foppish sleeves... At leasy my friend playing US posted theese stats for foppish lseeves for vamp:

Are those for real (the vamp stats)?

I'd like to see a screen shot if possible because hitting the str and dex caps is what makes vamp templates tricky (typically have to avoid really high util jewelery in favour of low util dex cap items).

They are for real. Dunno if they are listed on any site, but i am certain that they are for real.

Will see what i can do to get a screenie, but im 100% sure of this.
