Pretty much the same as i use on Thermal cept she uses Cere bracer (for mez / stun feedback) part from that id say change some of ur matter resists to cold instead as its need more in RvR.

Oh yeah, was because this was made for my newly created bainshee as a start, so havent changed matter - cold yet

Almosr exactly the items im fitting for my template aswell, but as Legean says im capping cold over matter.

Also using Cermonial Bracer instead of darkspire Bracer.

Looks like my template...but there are things to improve!

Swap ring/bracers to Demon Blood Ring, Bracer of Heavenly Bodies and Ceremonial Bracer. Tweak the SC a bit and that should give you a similar template with mezz/stun feedback, a str/con charge as well as 76 more hit points.

As ppl mentioned before, loox decent. Depends on realm rank but u should really get abit higher +skill so you don't get any variance on that lifetap of yours
+skill also increase dmg of tap slightly but rather just make it not have variance. At rr6 I need +8 body for no variance at all. (+12 body total)

+ body skill is too low, your nukes will vary a lot.
Cold resists are poor, I suggest redoing SC to get more, and sacrifice that energy resist.
