I thought we had something active whereby anyone joining the forums couldn't post links until they'd posted a certain number of posts or been a member a certain period of time?

Following the guy today spamming 3 different forums with links is it possible to re-enable this?

It was a hack we had on vB2 and it seems to "ceased to function" on upgrading to vB3.
I've been looking for an updated version, but I'm not actually sure what its called, The Deebsinator handles this stuff in his nerdy world and he's off porking his way across Thailand atm. Should be back soon.
