new SB in BG

ok ive been playing my new char which is a SB crit spec... ive never been good at stealthers and since i cba to download some movies (because of my 56k modem) and cant see how others play it... anyone got any tips?(apart from alchemy bottles cos i dont use them)

Get a bot, try to land PA, if you don't land PA spam garotte with hamstring as if evade. Poison as str/con debuff on main hand if you have that high envenom otherwise it is kinda personal preference. That is all there is to being a stealther I think (awaits Thugs reply)

Oh if you are solo probs don't go to mid bridge that much at least until you are used to the class I guess, carry a spare cpl blades if you cba, tho I doubt you can due to not using alch etc.

Finally you are unlikely to get that many good fights due to so many
SB/Hunters that go to thid, /who thid yesterday was like 24 mostly shammy/hunter/SB maybe 1 or 2 skalds.

dont go there and think you gona make 100 kills in 10 min, have patient, look good target.
wander near main groups, albs?
look chars who left behind, is afk? waiting health or pow to regenerate?

look how "targets" moves, maybe have some circle they run every 1 min?
i have sometimes watch near half hour albs and after this give up because peeps stay close each other and dont split (good/wise move)

when you find target, personally love most casters and archers, look how target is acting, turning alott? hard to land pa/bs but maybe worth try.

some peep running in road and dont move like crazy ivan?
circle around and you never know where he is in 5 sec, step front target, and ~1 sec before target up on you hit stick + pa button, sometimes i stick and waite moment for bs2.

cs need practise, lags etc make many perfect pa:s, bs:s unsuccesfull.
avoid heavily routed roads! mb is good example and usually alott stealthers around.

Step up once you have been playing a while, is keeping an eye out for people lagging behind when the zerg comes out of keep.

Also if fights going on between 2 grps, its always fun to take out people sitting/resting...but its important to make sure they are at the back or located where minimal number of the grp will see you PA.

Get such a rush if you manage to PA a target sat neara grp and get away with it. But you have to keep your eyes open for bards/minstrels etc cus they can run you down real quick (so try and work out whats actually in the grp class wise)

Also back in the day when there were not 100000000 stealther zerg on MB you could PA on the bridge then jump over, that is always fun, expect to die most times though, but very satisfying if you pull it off.

Wot is so skillful in speccing in crit and whopping a poor caster down in one. Are you all sadistic maniacs. Hell after doing that once or 2x isn't that enough? Damn caster dead in one hit. How the hell does he feel about that? Have you lot played casters?

Look if you want to show how hard you are then go hunt stealthers, armsmen and friars. Only attack casters when you are in a group - as in group vs group - or when there is a ck take going on. Let em have some fun.

omg! Thats the whole idea of being a stealther with critspec: making a quick stab on a weak person to do a one-shot (especially casters). That'll teach 'em not to run alone.
