New sav spec help pls

just about to roll a kobbie savage, going H2H cos i like dual weild stuffs, was wondering how high to take savagery? someone told me 30 was sufficient? any ideas...just most friendly RvR template would be nice, im not bothered about being a WTFPWN Sav so im not going 2H, i just like the little kobbie lookin like he's squatting taking a dump when hes in attack mode!!
Also what buffs to use most? i have no BB, so i thought mostly dps or haste?

I would suggest taking savagery to atleast 41 to get the last endurance shout. Alot of ppl are taking it to 42 aswell to get that second to last thrust resist shout. It is handy when you are dueling infils, although 4% might not be worth it.

lvl with 2 handed weapon and respec at lvl 40. hth is really bad at lower lvls, and even worse unbuffed. Savage is probably the worst of the viking classes when you are unbuffed.
