Ahh nice one! Take something out of context and you can make it mean anything and avoid the whole meaning. U must have picked that up from "Yes Prime minister" also.

they're prolly going to include a 'facial respec'. that's what they did in everquest when the shadows of luclin expansion came out and all the player models got upgraded. worked pretty well.
