I bought one of those things from PC World (£20 - £10 cheaper than Overclockers.co.uk) Fitted it and nearly fried the processor..!!
It didn't seem to want to seat on the processor correctly.
Due to the weight of the thing, it does not like to be fitted if the Motherboard is vertical.
Might be fine for a motherbard that is horizontal, I don't know, but in the end, it went back to the shop for a refund, after many hours of messing around with it to get it to seat right.
At one point, the machine wouldn't even boot up, due to the heat.
Bad experience for me, and marks out of 10?......i'd give it a 4.
