New ps2 game TS2 or Hitman2?...help

Ok i'm gonna buy my first ps2 game for ages as most of the recent releases are shit.

Ok its a toss up between Timesplitters 2 and Hitman 2.

I'm not buying both as I'm gonna get a game for meh pc.

I'd appreciate yer opinions.

Well, TS2 was made by the GoldenEye developers on the N64 if that's any relevance. I personally wouldn't get either, and opt for Ratchet and Clank. A piece of fucking art, it really is.

Rented it for an evening, thought it was average. It is NOT worth £40. The options in-game make it GT3-esque however.

Well I rented Timesplitters 2 and all I can say is

"The most boring pile of shite I have played. The DM is laughable and the actual game is stupidly short."

I actually took skylers advice b4 I read his post and bought Devil May Cry as i haven't played it yet. Will probs get 2 if I like it.

It has recently come to my attention that my ps2 was a waste of money

i'm still not past the first mission, it takes bloody ages and theres no save option. I get stuck when the helicopter comes on top of the dam and all the guards come along and blow me away.

I can see it taking me months to get gold on all the challenges and gold for everything on arcade mode

I am so tempted to flame you for this comment but it has also come to my attention that I would have to lie on the ground to reach your level.

The thing is Bodhi, I actually have a life and a well paid job and therefore have no time to play my ps2, this is why it was a waste of money. Although you may have failed to grasp this concept in all your infinite wisdom.

I bought it, and I second that comment... what a complete and utter pile of horse shit. The targeting system is the lamest of the lame, no jumping sux ass, and only having one checkpoint mid-level in the SP just blatently takes the piss...
