New Pierce template for my BM

Gonna dust off my old bm that have been stuck on rr7 for a while now.

Old template looked pretty much the same besides it had crafted helm and a bit more in stats/resist perhaps, but another heal/ablative is gonna be sweet on a slot that gets the hit a lot of times.
