4GB Kingston DDR2 667mhz (4x1GB)

or

2GB Corsair Twin2X 800mhz XMS2 (2X1GB)

Can someone enlighted me into which i should order plz?

Just get 4Gb of the cheapest 800mhz memory

Sounds about right, though you could shave off some of the cost if you don't have to replace the drives/HD etc, but then its always nice to have a fresh PC

Its expensive. Whether its worth it is going to be dependent on what you want the PC for. X-FI really is overkill unless you are building a media PC. The CPU is also a passive cooler ideally suited to media PC's. If you want to push a gaming PC to the limit an active cooler is always going to be far better at keeping your CPU cool.

Likewise I am unsure why you would want 2 dvd burners. Can see little reason to have more than one if you are concerned about the price.
