I havent and i wont till most uk servers implement it.
But its supposed to be base++ with a borked elf(kinda).
Sounds great
So improvements will be faster caps
and heavys that can piss along at great speed

We have it running on some australian servers and the major changes are:-
1, Improved fps
2, enhanced resolution (check out the brightness of teh flag, beacon points etc...)
3, slight (barely noticeable....not base++) changes to ski friction
4, slight (i can't notice teh change but apparently its there) speed increase in weapon fire rate
5, can't deploy invs/turrets etc anywhere near organics any more (no more hiding invs in teh tree)
6, elf is a complete joke now (cept the turret mounted one)
Gameplay changes on our servers are that every man and his dog has become a snip3wh0r3 and if you had the elf as a weapon in your binds you may as well chuck it now:/.
If you are on dial-up you will find the game nearly unplayable (lag-spikes galore) but otherwise check out teh wOW at improved fps.
Remember, this IS a BETA. If we moan our arses off (american stylZ) perhaps they'll nerf the sniper rifle and give us back the elf!

the fps didnt worry me cos i got a nice card
i never really found the flags hard to see
i cant ski for shit anyway
the lag on wepon fire has sposed to have been removed(greatlearn to judge flying shots again)
they borked the elf

Wrong m8, this patch is purely to fix fps, certain bugs and reduce elf, there is an increase in skiing, but this is a serverside option that can be turned off apparently.
Its already been stated that the elf will be returned to 1.0 drain from 0.6 drain and the range put back up a bit to 31. So its not going to be as bad as it is in the beta patch.
