New patch at 4:10am need help!

just went LD at 4:10am then had a 11.2 MB patch and now i can't log back in, keep getting account or password wrong!!

a router didnt work, so you got send to the mythic patch server which changed your update.dat file. From rightnow faq:

There's a small problem with the patcher.
Sometimes people patch to the US Version of DAoC.
To correct this, the easiest way is to reinstall the whole game.

If you feel up to it there is another way. You can open your update.dat (using notepad for example), and replace everything by :

For DAOC
Mythic Patch
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/camelot/mpatch.dat

For Shrouded Isles
Mythic Patch
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat
193.252.123.21:1280/updates/english/isles/mpatch.dat

yep sorted it pritty quick, funny thing is my m8 who i was grouped with also downloaded the us patch
