new nps behind galpen

I just found a troll this a elfen robe behind galpen.
He talks about Ymir our something, but have never seen him before an l walk by there alot.

So if somebody can check it out maybe im to low/high lvlt our dont have right class.

also a new npc called snuva in odins gate. these are without doubt linked.. xuthos and me spend 3-4 hrs today trying to figure it out, talked to a shitload of npcs. however I am right now omw to jordheim after i talked to that troll, he mentions Ymir (Gothi of Ymir is in jordheim) and he have same outfit on as the gothi. I will post here of any more progress we make.

I figured they are linked because of an emotion msg I got from the troll, a bit similar to the "language" from snuva, where we got 1 also!

I found a guy in Hugin, next to the horse but inside, hekeeps spamming something about cleaning his shine armor....

At least you get interesting new NPCs. All we get are Templar Avengers in barrows that are oran con to level50s and wander around aimlessly being caught in AoE

Did I mention the two lvel 45 priestesses that are grouped with him?

Found a new one in Vasudheim also, wearing the same outfit as the one behind Galplen.. was taking something about that she was a patron of Hel but that she wasn't dangrous to people and that "they" aren't dangerous to the others. (she kept yabbering something about "mother I fear that I cant take this" )

I finally bothered setting up my forum account, Yay!

In a few locatioons in mid i have spotted groups of 3 strangers patrolling around, is this linked? or they might have been added in a recent patch and i didnt notice.

I really hope these are some new quests that the US players dont have.. so we have to figure them all out by our selves.. found that it kinda ruined the feeling with the quests when the solution was 3 mouseclicks away (I'm weak, I admit it, I got to look at the solutions )

After reading this thread I got a little curious and went to Gna to see what I could find. What I found was a NPC called "Werewolf Collector" hiding behind a tree by the waterline near the guardtower.

When I talked to him he started talking about not being able to complete his art (or something similar) 'cuz he couldn't regain his human form again and asked me to "negotiate" with the svartalfs for some yellow stones that they seem to like that he needed.

So first I went to the Svartalf camps in Myrkwood to see if I could find any yellow stones, I tried to talk to both named Svartalfs in the two camps to no avail, so failing that I wiped the camps in hopes for it to drop but alas no stones.

After that I went to Spindelhalla and started killing svartalf arbetare and the like near the entrance but still no stones.

So my question is if anyone has seen any new Svartalf spawns preferrably named . Because about the only thing left to me now is to try the svartalfs in Malmöhus, but I'd rather not try to solo yellow-purple svartalfs BAFing 3-4 coming at me at speedsong 5 speed

There is a camp near Huginfell also with some svartalfs in (rigth next to Thegn Aki's camp) perhaps you can find something there..

and that part with the yellow stones, perhaps it's gold he means with that.. try and give him some gold and see what happens then

I actually went there right after my first post, and I found 2 NPCs near the svartalf camp. One is a svartalf called Graesen, the other is a kobold called Piercer. The svartalf is standing a bit away from the camp and the kobold is standing up on the hill across the road.

I couldn't get any response or interaction from neither tho. And they can't be killed because they are considered "realmmates". I'll have to give the gold idea a shot tho.

EDIT: Found another in Galplen. A troll called Mogork, talks about him being full of memories but doesn't want to speak and tells me to come back later.

Hmm.. those two at hugin svartalf camp are part of a quest that've been around for a while.. never seen that troll (Mogork) before tho

I also noticed new npc in hugi, the guy that polishes his armor.. talked to him and he answered to me.. told me that he is toughest thane there is.. could be right, he is at least 50+

i think he only answers to thanes btw.

hehe.. he cons purple to a level 50, you migth be rigth about the answer only to thane thingie, I tried talking to him and he started with laughing and calling me a farmer (where's the PvNPC server mythic!? )

haven't found any that only answers to warriors yet tho..
hmm, and one more npc that've been here prepatch also.. there's a ghostly NPC nearby varulvhamn that just walks around, and another one like her near the armyants near Dvalin.. are they part of some quest or just wandering around with no further purpose in this game than making players tear they hair off in frustration of them not knowing what they do

i read somewhere that those named that wants you to bring stuff (like the werewolf S of gna, a Svartalf "weapon smith" even further S. and a arachite N of gna along the road on the left side) gives you faction if you bring hom stuff. Thers also a Kobbie Hunter outside the guardtower in Audliten that wants you to bring him stuff.

But that damn troll outside galplen really bugs me, could any ymir followers go talk to him?

there are 3 in hugin (from the bind stone NE you see a house there are 2 in there)
there is 1 at audiliten gaurd tower
there are 2 in jordheim (1near skaldtrainer in the house an 1 in a bar near the 2dwarf smiths)
there is 1 in odins

Took my 11 Troll Shaman to him to have a chat.

Can't remember *exactly* what he said, but he mentioned that Loki has caused a problem and followers of Ymir need to help him fix it.

Will go an ask him again later, then post a SS for y'all. Unless someone beats me to it, that is!

Found several "strangers" between Huginfel and tomte farm, tried talking, they mentioned they are on a [Hunt] and sorta mentioned the [Lord] shouldnt be upset with them.

and i also saw a svartalf messenger that was friendly but it suddly dissapeared:\(huginfel svartalfcamp after killing a svartalf hunter)

He asks for werewolf meat so myself and Vkleita set off down skona and bashed some WW, took the meat back to him and he just ate it?!? got nothing for it.

Gave some of the meat to my lvl21 alt to try and again nothing.

I met 3 hiberian strangers by myrkwood vault tower, was minding my own bisness when i see a msg.

"Seeing that Soulless has noticed her, the stranger adopts a casual stance"

Being a good midy citizen, coz im not a necromancer honest guv. I went over and asked what they was doing?

Got several little msges like were hunting no?
We cause no harm NO?
The lord is not upset with us No?
Yes good hunting the Lord has alot of guards.

I then followed said hunters for bloody miles, to galpen where they looked at the guards from woods then went off again, I know they was Hibys because they wore that spangly cool looking leather. Would have tryed to kill them but they out ran my spirit pet and coned purp. Yes yes I know im a uber solo killing machine Spirit master but i dont think i can take 3 purps
