illu said:I never really knew what a warden does or what potential it has, but from looking at this vid, it seems like a slow but eventual killing machine, and he takes on 2/3/4 people and survives a lot of the timenerf :>
Interesting to watch, and the slam? +twf3 is evil
Weird class - do many people play one? I take it this guy is specced for solo play - or do wardens mostly play in groups?

Tuorin said:Funny vid, nice though. I'm not sure moc3 is worth buying, can always kite heal on a warden. Suppose thats for the adds, its just idle tho. 42 reg I really dont see value of it solo with 42 shield as he's using end pots anyway. Suppose he's gone that cos of using traitors so will overcap the 1h speed if he went for last haste.

censi said:I think it would kind of be a suxy class to play cuz basically it doesnt have any natural offense, so you are kind of reliant on infamous "lame" timers to win fights, or slam and heal. This vid shows fights where he is in control enough to limit the use of those timers. I think normal warden life would be a bit harder.
liloe said:Well I think in his video he only showed the fights that pushed him to the edge. I've seen Spets fight and sometimes it works without anything, sometimes it's about using timers.
The point is also, that timers are good for once, but don't help you if down. His high RR enemies might use less timers, but their passives do a great deal of the job aswell.
A Warden using TWF3 and MoC3, or a Warrior using MoB4-5 and MoP 4-5 is not a big difference. Both are equally expensive, just that you can actually see the first pretty obviously, while you "only" feel the effect of the latter.
A lot of people are focused on the use of timers and forget, that passives can do a great job aswell =)
