Well, it is to me.
Ive just found out about an offer TELE2 are doing which may suit any village dwellers (such as myself) who dont have access to cable or adsl. Check this link.
Its basically broadband to an ariel on your roof instead of a cable, so it covers outlying villages, assuming your in a covered area.
Unfortunatley, Im not
, yet. They have plans to cover my area this year.
