New Liaisons HL/CS

I am now head liaison and have 2 new additions:
Ch3tan returns as a CS liaison and Carl1ng aka "doh" is also now a liaison.
You can Mail either of these two now, whith any problems.
I will still continue to help out as much as I have been, so please dont forget to mail me
The new structure is for the up and coming phase 2 of BW plans, without going into it too much, it allows more flexiblity for the liaisons to sort the servers out faster than the current setup.
Also hopefully making bans go live faster and it will pretty much speed up the whole process of getting anything done, (not that its that slow now).

i know not many people are playing at the moment, but when we were playing last night, a full server, yes i say a full server, this map came on and most of the peeps left (

just my opinion, kill this map, how about a custom server too, if we only going to fill one server, it would be nice for a change.

BY have a custom map server, some good maps too, makes a nice change tbh.
