What are people charging for 98/99 an 100% lgm weps after 1.84?

I don't know. Costs, however, according to Motog would on average be roughly (using +2 quality item, so 50% chance of 98+, 25% chance of 99+, 2% chance of MP) :

98% - 1.4 - 1.45 plat (plus 2 components)
99% - 2.8 - 2.9 plat (plus 4 components)
MP - 35 - 36.7 plat (plus 50 components)

He may be wrong about zero sellback value though, which would raise the average costs.

Also, if there is a market for 12 times as many 99% legendaries as MP ones, you'd be able to reduce both MP price and 99% price and make a profit. If there is only a market for MP ones, the prices will be high.

My gut feeling is there will be a market for non MP legendaries.

I think the 99's on that valuation are a bit low, especially if they were heat or matter weps due to the rarer components.
