where's the difficulty? Visit some free isp's, sign up an account, and you're ready to rock'n'roll. I'm from Portugal, so I can't tell which freeisp's you should use. One thing is for sure, u don't have to be a rocket scientist to find one

Barrysworld ISP is the fastest for gaming but an 0845 number with it too

pay-isp might be worthy, normally free isp's aren't very good, in Portugal all isp's are free, maybe that's why they are all crap

u are dumb
it is easy sign up with barrys world they will give u a number and a password
go to internet options in control panel
then go to connections
add a new connection add the number in here and any other details then go to apply
go to properties of barrysworld connection
then type the username and password in the spaces provided and apply
then click on internet explorer and bring the connection bar down and click on the barrysworld connection then press connect then wholia
