New housing zone's Token Merchant

Hi guys,

I went to buy something in one of the houses in the new zone, and decided since I was there anyway, to go buy some tokens to put on my CM/vault.

Found the ME, but couldn't find the Merchant who is usually standing beside him.
Was it me, or hasn't the guy popped yet?

Could anyone confirm that the guys is/isn't standing there, so that I don't have to make the trip for nothing?
