Don't know if that area has them, but one thing "springs" to mind.

Spring floods :eek7:

Know a couple of unlucky docks that got swept away, also a few fishing huts and whatnot, seen waterlevels rise enough to engulf a bridge....so a full on house by the water. Not that keen.

If you read the details they own the loch and have control over the water levels so it never floods.

Never say never ;)

I NEVER ever trust anything to be 100% safe 'cause that would mean i would be devastated if it didn't. Planes fall, buildings collapse, things that are "safe" arn't in the end.

But, it's a hellacool house and i with my "who gives a f*ck" attitude would probably do crazy sh*t like that too :D

And you're wrong.

If I offered you £1mill to shag her brains out you'd take it.

Hah - good luck with that - my Father in Law works on the rivers for the Environment agency and they are always getting trees etc. washed down into the hatches which are then stuck.

I wouldnt buy it personally and insurance would be difficult/expensive to get.
