New Guild

I got alot of msges today so can tell u here i thaught.

I havent sold my account.
I have left EoO, and i have formed my self a new guild.

Why? Cause i miss something. And want the most out of the game and that guild is gonna be a first of all a RvR Guild.
By that i mean when possilible to RvR together.
Since nothing imo beats when fg guild group kick the crap out bigger size enemy. Anyway if u ask to join or something like that i have some limits. Atm its 46+ and a RR3 you need.

Dont think u will get powerleveled the last part.
Since RvR will be the main thing.
PvE then?

Yes Hunts if needed will be done and stuff like that.

Anyway have fun all and miss you my old guild friends miss you.

I changed some limits now since it should be rvr guild
and u rvr as best and most at 50, so 50 limit atm

Its small atm me and 2 more but i have some ppl intressted in joining atm


And the name hmms i dunno really sounds nice just imo

Yes he was a good leader. Just think people had too much expectations of him. They forget it is a game and people play to enjoy, not to always have people whining in their ear about powerlevelling, items, where is Nottmoor, which npc do I see for such and such quest etc etc. It drives me round the bend, so I should imagine it was 100 times worse for Blejs.

its the same for all large guilds. Thats why people spread the responsibility, thats why you have officers.

A guild the size of EoO should have 3-4 more officers than less large guilds to share the GM's burden. If all EoO members go to Blej and ONLY him for help thats a guild problem and one that can and should be dealt with swiftly by the leadership.

I get a whole load of pm's daily, and some i am happy to palm off to officers/fellow GM's depending on how busy in game I am, others I can deal with.

Good leadership is not JUST about leading in RvR, its all about MANAGING as well, and often DELEGATING.

People seemed to want a piece of Blejs - even ppl outside guild. There were loads of officers in eoo - too many really, and they were delegated to.
