i get "error: first aid ability missing" all the time
and neither do the class specific abilities show up when chosing a class :/

Anyone happen to know if MOC affects also heal-values? eg. when I buy MOC1 as healer-class do I only heal for 25% ?

Anyhow the way I see it its still not uber at higher RR. Sure some stuff is nifty but the mana-RA's (MCL, Raging Power) have been lowered in effectiveness (shorter Reuse timer tho) and costs have been like doubled-tripled :/

affects just about everything. Unless it's a binary effect. (Not sure if debuffs get their durations shortened or their values quartered)

you mean it doesnt affect mezz duration?
