They are using this expansion to unbalance the game to basically force people to buy both SI and this one to remain competitive (you have to have SI to use this one).

Go read the description and think about it.

In that regards it is pretty much a total clone of the EQ lootwhore wars conceived and executed by the beancounters.

We allready payed for the game ffs and keeps paying every fckin month for it so u GOA/mythic peeps better give us some good patches and give back XML etc...and don't add another expantion you want us to PAY for...bah lame asses imo. I allso have 2 accounts cause I bought the 2nd to get room for more alts before they implemented 8 char slots, that means I have to buy 2 x SI and 2 x atlanis!! ffs that sux

It seems most if not all of there development resource is spent with expanding the game.

It makes better financial sense to take the average duration of the average daoc player and make sure you attract enough new players to keep a consist number of players coughing up subscriptions.

The only players that are aware of the bugs are usually the old school ones that have reached there DAOC self life anyway.

Ignorance is bliss.

RVR should be there priority.

All good games are done to make money. Every other game that will attract many players will do the same. This whinin is about economy plz do it somewhere else.

All new things for the game is good. Its fun to explore and find/try new stuff. New players will be attracted. Our GFX engine will be on pair with all other etc.

well afaik we are still paying GOA, cause they holding the servers etc...I'm sure mythic get some % or some license money or something. And I'm thinking about stuff like the XML codes has been down several months and that can't be so hard to fix...and theire backup routines seems to suck shit etc....sad company imo ;\

and ofcourse the cooperation between mythic and goa seems just as good as between Sovjet and USA after 1945...
