TBH, I'd be more worried about the Pulsing pbae on banshee's that hits as hard as chanter pbae :/

Fully toa'd and buffed thats gonna come down alot, I'm still scared ~1100 dmg before crit and buffs /cry.

Am puzzled as the the pbaoe befriend ability on Banshee? Pet zerg class, with pulsing pbaoe thats nasty.

Doubt it, if what I heard is right, then Dex doesn't effect their casting speed.

tis exactly right absolutely nothing not even toa bonuses affect cast speed

As I thought, so granted, uber harsh bolt/dd's etc, but not that great on the old cast speed, nice for keep defense though.

been checking out spec, the top bolt wont be able to put into a chamber cos the spec won't allow it first boltable chamber is about 30 spec and with only 1.0 spec points they can't get final bolt aswell a boltable chamber. They can do it with the lvl 36 bolt though.

Even so 413 bolt is gonna hurt alot and 4 seconds is plenty of time if you jump someone.
