Are they gonna raise the caps at 1.62 depending on ur realm rank?

lvl50 item75 base buff50 spec buff75 hit points200 power25

Rank 5, L0 item200 base buff20 spec buff20 hitpoints80 power20

are the caps from realm ranks going to be added on top of the lvl 50 caps?

so at lvl50 rr5 i can have 280 hitpoints instead of 200 from items that is..

the link makes out that u get more HP cap dependant on realm rank? is that true?

The caps from items will not be raised from what they are now. They planned to raise them but changed their mind.

Do people have problems reading patch notes?

All you have to do is read the FINAL release patch notes for 1.61 and 1.62 and you would have a clear understanding of what they have and have not implemented
