New Blueyonder price structure

Okay I am going to post this in two forums, mainly cause this one is soo onscure at the bottom that no one reads it. I got an e-mail from telewest informing me that they are cutting the cost of their Blueyonder broadband service to £25 for thoose who also subscribe to their phone/cable (analouge or digital) serivces. This moves them in line with NTL's price structures (for in my opinion a better service).

So now for £25 + £9.99 (for both a phone line and digital cable box with basic channles) you can have broadband access. Thats £34.99 for a full media service, go to BT and you would pay £40 for standard ADSL and £10 for a phone line and you would be stuck with your standard TV channels.

Oh dear BT looks like competition just hotted up. I know that cable is not avaiable everywhere, but where it is who would pay extra for ADSL?

I dont think any sane person would pay for adsl if cable was available.

Its just that cable is limited :/
