25% buff bonus is not a must as you can have the buff bonus on s/s...

Healing bard = bad druids, you only do that if really neccesary tbh.

Tell me about those pro /use items in 1h slot plz, id rather have WH + gsv than any other 1h /use items

Dummy should know he cannot use SoK while having end + speed song up. And yes i will be using Buckler of Crystalline Mist for the buff bonus. Can have whatever /use item on the 2h slot while having 1h rog with 15% buff bonus if i am not getting better template together.

Bard baseline heals are not gonna save the day with the heal variance on baseline heals if taking loads of dmg.

It is very hard to get croc+zo+egg/at, have high %dur and 25% buff + 25% heal. In addition to capped resists, hits and all the other necessaries. Have to make a compromise in most cases.

On my bard I have battler (abs buff/debuff), crystalline buckler (50% power) in the weapon slots

And main harp in 2h slot (50% power) and the dragon bard harp in ranged slot (50% power / accuracy buff). Not sure how good the accuracy buff is.

Yeah, and I think SoK is useless on bard because it uses one pulse with the aura, as the above poster pointed out. The proc abs buff isnt of much use either on bard

dont really play my bard that much but thats the spec Ive got on mine and never seen it as a problem, I would always spam the mezz anyways and only real difference was having ylw con insta mezz. The argument only really works for me when comparing sorc mezz cos iirc the purp aoe is slightly higher radius than the ylw con one.(no difference in the bard radius)

that spec worked for fg & small man. i played mine purely as an interrupt bot and backup heals and ive gotta say being able to do the interupts and still put out such good heals was lovely and versatile.

but hey, i was sh*t on sorc and only slightly passable as a bard (long live insta aoe amnesia!)

I don't know any bard that doesn't have mof1 at least - same for sorcs I believe and paccers - absolutely no point wasting points in higher mezz when you can gain a bit of versatility.

But it is personal preferences too, so if you like the high heal effectivness and heal spec you can go for that, i've been on that spec too and had the mezz resisting way too much and the radius on the yellow aoe insta is not as good as the red radius.
