Hmm...I think you two are missunderstanding eachother.

He doesnt mean that group encounter means that you can do it easily with few people. He meant that only people in the same group that makes the kill on Cloudsong gets the encounter. That means if you are more than 8 people alot of people wount get it.

Maddening Scalars doesnt work that way its a BG encounter that all that have joined the same bg as the one that makes the killing blow get the encounter.
