It's only there these days as a use for inventory in games etc.

Wonder what the reasoning for changing the colour scheme on the pads was, I'm aware that most people know instinctively where they are located by now but the number of times I tell someone to press A and they say "What?" to which it's "*sigh* Green" isn't exactly small.

Also, hasn't GT4 already been released for like, five years now? 0o

D-pads are much better than analogue for beat 'em ups, if you don't have a stick.

Those that plays with pad on a higher level, are usually using the analogue to make circles with. Those that doesn't, will always get their arse kicked by somebody with a stick. I don't know about tekken, because I haven't played that since t3

Got to use the SSF4 sticks at the i-series this weekend, made a big difference and turned me from a rubbish player to an ok player lol. TBH never really had an issue with the 360's d-pad, always thought it did a decent enough job.

Actually I see why they've done an adjustable D-Pad, it's so 360 owners can go "LOOK TEH 3D CONSOLE!!!!"!"!"!"!"!"!"!"! Oh fuck it's broken again. Looks like I'm off out to buy console number 5." Cos like, the D-Pad can be adjusted in the third dimension. That's totally rad, dude. Out of interest wouldn't it have been a better mod to put it in a place you can actually use it withough getting Cripplehand (TM)?

Sorry to inject a little rationality here, but the situation is just reversed on the sixaxis. The analogue is a pain in the thumb to use for long periods of time, it's clearly designed with d-pads in mind. OK for fighters, but most current games make use of the analogue now.

I'd assume it would be around £35 here.

I've got 4 controllers, unless one broke I doubt I'd get one of these, and because I hardly play games on the ruddy thing now, they probably won't.
