Netgear Maxrange

Anyone have any experience with this new router?

I am considering options for wireless internet over a ~ 100ft outdoor area (from one building to the other.)

Would that router and a MaxRange card work?

I don't have any experience with that specific router, but I do have a NetGear WGR614 v2 which works quite well in similar settings.

Building to building (about 30m), through 2 concrete walls and a thin indoor wall. Works just fine, never get any cutoffs and signal is strong as well.

What sort of card do you use on pc, and do you have an external antenna?

I have a Linksys USB 'adapter' for the wireless connection which comes with a small external table antenna. I think this is the model I have.
