Net Packet Error

Hmm, my mate has just started to get this "Net packet Error" in CounterStrike. Is there anyway to fix this?

Because his CounterStrike Game crashes when the server changed map.

He is on ADSL

Well, my mate fixed this now.. apprently it was the 512mb Memory he put in, he only recently put it in and it started happenin, so he removed it and its all fine again...
