Then it's still under guaratee, unless you've been messing (Overclocking) with it.
So it won't cost you anything.

thats what I thought but aparently the waranty is void because i use a liquid cooling system.

even tho said system is not for the gfx, just the proc.

The guy's lying to you, unless that card came with some sort of package deal with some fine print or summat.

If you havent touched yer graphics card (ie it still uses its original cooling) then the guy is talking shit. He will prolly want to sell you a new one and sends in the broken one to get a replacement he can then sell again.

So he'll have sold the same card twice : kachinggg!!
