The finger drops from infernalist necyomancers in DF. They quite near mid steps just past first fiends, i think the drop if they are grey con to you (if not there are some at first mid drinkers just past mid x), had one drop before when some fiends got in the way of some alb clearing pbaoe and a bd screamed sell me the finger plz plz plz so i just gave him it, i missed the leigon step on goa the quest so it was no good for me.

Thats a shame i never done any steps, after step 4 then when we got the relic i visited the NPC and he give me the Artifact

can any1 tell me how to get the 2nd recipe for this it just says someone near the capital city im on alb pryd if it makes a difference
