Not sure if this is a useless comment, but here goes.
For that 600g you offer you can buy a MP part if you are lucky, then you can get whatever stats you want on it later. SC isn't that expensive. But you said earlier that you wouldn't pay that much for a MP part, so I guess it's a useless comment afterall..
