design ur own
max + hits, +con, +int, +dex
then +26% slash
then +11 whatever you fancy, easy peasy lemon squeazy
just figure out what items you are gonna use first, enter them into the template and work around them.
do a 5pt overcharge on every item (32/28) its more expensive but worth it, if i still had mine i'd show you.
I've had 2 SC sets, one had nearly every resist maxxed, and it SUCKED BALLS, stats first, then resists. lots of resists can be added through items e.g avernal necklace

Hmm, first of all it's a Spellcrafter who has to make the gems.
Second: I did this in 5 mins and was too lazy to change the gem-qua to appropiate % since I expect them to know they need 98-99% for 31/28 - 32/28 (hell I didn't even fill in the lvl of the staff)
Third: He said: Nothing fancy, nothing expensive he said. So I choose a moderate OC-template.
And this is above average already, not a real 'weakspot' in it, I think. And 2-3% more resists is nice for the fans and freaks, but it won't safe a sorc his ass a second langer

agreed about the dead sorc thing. the money is not a problem really, its just that i farmed like hell and ran across the newzone 100000 times before i got my shit together, dont wanna do that again
