Help Need some serious assistance with Prelate Quietus Encounter

Cant seem to start the encounter off to kill this guy :

I need the Prelate quietus ring, but ive been the for ages running in around the area. Killed the guards that come alive when you get close, and the worship'ing mobs at the back. And nothing works, I googled it and they said he roams about but ive been all over and Im so stuck on what to do.

Any have tried or done this encounter?

Or even just have the ring for sale/trade on alb dyvet please.

I've done it many times. It's always been at the loc where that map shows.

appears to be bugged atm. He's perma stealthed, and no corpses around to kill.

I dont think he drops it anyway , theres a stealther mob that roams about the laby called Shade of prelate Quietus , im pretty sure you get it from that.

I did it on hib years ago and he was in the flooded section that time , near trall the trickster.

ah yeah I know you said before about needing it to Ill try roaming flooded to as someone said on vn boards about that. If I do get one or need a hand we can have a crack at it some time, i'll let ya know either way man

I went back there tonight still stuck facing same direction

been and kill trall the trickster 3 times..and ramon the rejuvator or w/e his name is... been north,south,east and west from the central hub levels cant find him roaming..oh and killed the deathpriest quietus 3-4 times ( need to change the template a bit i guess.

Appealled the mob earlier this afternoon. Got contacted by a CSR just now .... pretty awesome service.

yesterday i killed a orange stealthed mob in Labyrinth at the hub.
Me and a friend got the ring.
