Need some help.

lo guys,got this weard thing happening .
Everytime when im /sticked to someone ingame i start going Out of stick slowly when the target moves untill i cant stick my target enymore.Now this started with the latest patch .
Enyone have the same problem and know how to fix this ?

Also had this last night - had a 2nd character stuck to my main running around. and the 2nd character was running slower.

Checked and was not ENC, also had no speed buffs on either toon and no status effects.

Both characters were on their own dedicated computer too.
