Hmm, did you enter the "Varification Code" aswell?, think they implemented that not long ago. And i got an error when i forgot to type that. Not sure if that was the same msg.

Mate, change that hyperlink in your post or get a mod too, if people click on it they will access the payment site for your order. They cant do anything because they are not correctly logged on but its still weird and might stuff up your order if they play around with it.

Silly question but you've not had a new card since you last renewed and just tried to use the old details saved against your account? Card number might be the same but the expiry date / issue number etc will have changed ofc
