Need some help with that steam thingy

Downloaded Steam and installed it but when the window pops up at the end of the install the is no text on any of the buttons so I have no idea what their for.

Any one else come across this problem as I have no idea what to do I've downloaded the 388 mb install again but it's just the same.

Help Please
