Need some help with ICQ adding

Hi there,

I noticed that BW uses a script to simple add someone to your icq contact list by clicking on the icq flower.

When you click the icq flower that certuin icq number is added to your own icq contact list.

Where can I find that script? or how does it work??

I want to add that script to our web-page also, so can some-one help me finding it or explaining how it works..
