Need some help on Team type mods.

I have recently started to think about joining a TDM clan. The clan all shout when they pick up weapons in order to tell team mates when they will next be availble.

3 questions:

1) how can I show the game time on my screen?
2) how long does it take each weapon type to respawn?
3) are there any bindings I can make to make shouting these commands easier?

Hmm, Mean Yob, there's a name that takes me back to the great days of Mean Machines magazine, which was easily the best games mag available at the time..such a shame it got split and went downhill...
