i have been trying to activate my account for a long time but keep getting the same thing happening somone made a thread witch i posted in

read this for more details to what has happened

i have emailed GOA and they asked me to wait and they would get back to me they still havnt im starting o get annoyed now as i have nothing to do in my spare time

Id mail subscrition@goa.com and ask if they have further details. Make sure you give as much detail as possible (no passwords tho!) about your account. Seems to be a few billing issues going on again atm.

I had a problem where my CC was rejected as it had expired and changed number. After trying to renew I had the message about a transaction in process (even tho the email said it was rejected)

Solution for me :-
Wait 24hrs
Try Again

Your best bet is to use RightNow, these forums are not official at all.

i waited 24 hrs also as said in the other post and works for me now.
also e-mailed subscriptions@goa and posted on right now

might be a idea to check if they double bill u tho
