Need some advice

Hi guys,

I've seen Eve in "Game" and nearly baught it but I was in 2 minds to get it. Just thaught I would come and get some info from ppl who play it.

I play Asheron's Call at the moment so i know what MMP games are about and I'm thinking of getting another.

The graphics look pretty good on this game and I like the sound of it, but i was wondering... is a 56K modem fast enough to run it well? I used to have ADSL but I cant get it up her in Carlisle now.

I've had a look at the specs for the game and my comp meets all the requirements but i dont wanna buy the game and find out its really laggy on a 56k modem!

I like the sound of it, trading pirating etc, sounds a bit like a game i used to play on a BBC "Elite"

P.s how long has this game been out?

Came out in May, not tried it on 56k (I'm on ADSL). The gameplay is getting better with time and it's quite enjoyable at the moment if you get into it.
