Need server setup help!

I have a clan praccy match on Sunday, can someone plse tell me how to set the server with 'No friendly fire' in a team game?
Tis desperate!

Friendly fire is off by default anyway :0

but the command is 'tp 2'

tp 3 for Friendly fire on
tp 4 for Friendly fire on and armour prot
