NEED S/S Hero template

Have a hero and Im respeccing him s/s to try my hand at some duels etc .

I need a template with high hits and con plus good dex for block rate and capped strength as standard .. want capped plus points to shield slash and parry ( would be nice but not probable )

or any other suggestions ..a

anyone have something they could post ? have malice 2h and battle 1h activated at the moment ..also have som ( a must in temp ) and gov etc .
