Need ring and cloak for sc-ed set... but which?

I'm currently thinking about using a warshadow amd ixthiar bracer, Paidrean Necky, Aiglean Earring, Tree Bark belt and Fainey Argid Ring. This leaves me with two open spots; a ring and a cloak.
I already did the 2rings quest and am currently using both (so slightly used... does that matter in any way?). The stats on Fainey ring are somewhat lower, but it's mint condition still...

Cloaks... use dropped or made?

Any advice?

Used items are still fine but will degrade faster then non used offcourse. That's why people usually don't take 89% or lower qua items in their sc suit. On the other hand... usually those items can be easy obtained again when the quality hits very low.

As for cloaks... SI has a cloak quest for each realm afaik and check if there are any changes coming on with patch 1.63/1.64 on your pro 50 epic cloak. Some cloaks have their stats upgraded.

Agrees with Ziva on the class, being a SCer most SCC files usually casters have the DF unhooded cloak because folk wanting to show the wreath, im finding the DF unhooded being used more & more in SC Temps.......dunno if that helps

Just a thought but some quest items ingame cannot be traded, I always use a player with high tradeskill to to repair items not an npc as player repaired is better....

<wanders off to see if npc repair quest items, thinking has Mythic but reamed us again so we have to constantly upgrade our SC>

If you use +int then a conservator ring from galla are common enough, and you might be able to pickup a stag cloak from the waterfall. If not then your best shot is a lucky ROG or two till a new patch brings new cloaks/rings.

sylvan pain quest is good for rings and for a cloak maybe banba's cloak quest
the df-cloaks arent too bad either

Wasnt the point I was making, if it wont trade a player cannot repair & Ive always found a high crafter loses less dura

The point he was making is a higher crafter doesnt lose less dura than an NPC. This was in a grab bag a while back.
