need opinions on my ranger template

after messing around in the calculator i came up with this template

as far as i see it there are 3 problems with it

1: +skills suck
2: +hits not all that good
3: contains zahur's ring (which is very rare and cost insane amount of cash to buy)

well well here is the template anyway, hope i can get some nice feedback to improve it.
