Need new idea for druid temp with WH

Here is a winged helm template I have been working on, kinda similar to alot of the recent druid posting in that I am aiming for high buff bonus while not gimping the PP% but its kinda hard when also using WH. This is its current state but still not happy with it. Really want to get buff% up a couple of % and the same with PP% so i need some crazy idea that I havent thought of yet to get there.

Has Winged helm, Erinies hauberk, CTR, scorp and all the other standard druid arties.

emp is underrated, you got 19 emp cap i'd use it... also you got 2 artis with almost no utl. (CS and scorp ring) which really dont help you with cs + champ weap you need 1 item with cast spd to cap... drop ring and maybe get lightning etched vine boots (10% power 2 cast spd 8% buff bonus + stats, cant remember stats tho ) then you miss some heal bonus, can be gained on ml10 legs, you'll loose 6 powercap but wont matter coz you still will have 44% or smth... just an idea.

I do have a spare pair of ml10 leggings, its just putting them in this temp is hard when you dont have COZ or lighhtning helm to rely on for PP%, as epic legs have power pool which i will be a little short on if i drop both them and scorp and only replace with one PP item. I guess ill just stare at it some more and try some more item combinations... might be best dropping WH after all even though i love it
